Hugh Murphy
Co-founder & Director Hugh Murphy from Dundalk in County Louth brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Nude Foods.
Hugh has a background in Beef wholesaling with his other local company Carnivore Meats, which was founded in 2016 & now supplying top butcher shops and restaurants all across Ireland and Northern Ireland. As a result of this, Hugh has built up many connections with top individuals within the food manufacturing and production industry across the country.
Hugh works alongside our Head Chef Gerry Higgins to ensure our produce is best in class. Naturally, Carnivore Meats is our beef supplier here at Nude Foods to ensure high quality and full traceability
Brian Gartland
Co Founder and director Brian Gartland, from Dublin, has a vast amount of experience in the health & fitness industry.
18 years a professional footballer, Brian has had an illustrious career, winning 5 league titles, multiple cups and most notably competed in two Europa League Group Stage campaigns against some of Europe's best players & teams. At 35, Brian is currently in his 10th season at Dundalk FC.
In 2007 Brian completed a Degree in BSc Sports Management from University College Dublin (UCD). He then went on to successfully establish & developed a children's basketball club in Dublin. Most recently, in March 2020, Brian launched Dublin’s first sports recovery facility, Recovery Room (www.RecoveryRoom.ie).
His background in elite health and fitness along with fresh thinking, analytical and creative traits sees Brian demand standards of excellence throughout Nude Foods products.
